How To Be Alone
I was *so* tempted to title this "How-To: Be Alone," but it's a little too cheeky for this vid's vibe. This lovely little narrative touches on the happiness of spending time with ones self, something our collective social norms generally fear and frown upon. Lonely is a freedom that breaths easy and weightless and lonely is healing if you make it.You can read the full poem here. Written and performed by poet/singer/songwriter, Tanya Davis, and shot in Halifax, Nova Scotia, by director/animator/filmmaker, Andrea Dorfman.Read the Full Story » | More on CRAFT » | Comments » | Read more articles in Video | Digg this! blog.craftzine.com |
