How To: Gluten-free Apple Yogurt Olive Oil Cake
Whew, that's a lot to pack into a title! (And I didn't even include everything.) But what a confection this apple, walnut, yogurt, olive oil cake looks to be ... A friend just delivered a whole bag of tiny sweet apples from his backyard orchard, so I will definitely be testing this out soon. (I might even try my hand at making my own yogurt just to make the whole thing that much more homemade.)
